Essentials of Bargaining (#15013)

This all-inclusive course covers factors affecting collective bargaining outcomes, an overview of the bargaining process, an introduction to strategic and tactical planning and membership mobilization, and labor law. This training also introduces researching the employer, costing the contract, bargaining health care and other benefits, and creating an overall bargaining plan.
