This specialized program builds on the collective bargaining training. by exploring costing contract proposals and how to apply an economic value to items, compare the real costs of union and employer proposals, and practice the skill of costing a comprehensive economic package addressing wages, health insurance, and other benefits. It also covers how to mine for information about their employers' finances, management structure, and strategic business relationships, and how to incorporate that research into a comprehensive and strategic negotiating plan.
