The Construction Division of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers & Helpers, AFL-CIO, was created through convention action in 1977. Dale Branscum serves as Director of Construction Division Services at International Headquarters in Kansas City. David Haggerty serves as deputy director of National Building and Construction Trades Agreements in the Washington D.C. office. Seventeen International Representatives service members of construction lodges across the U.S. and Canada.
