BNA trainer Susan Seltzer (top middle) explains the intricacies of their online database.

EIGHTEEN INTERNATIONAL reps attended a three-day training session in online research methods on Marco Island in February. Susan Seltzer, senior trainer & product support specialist for the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), taught the reps how to do research in BNA’s online database of arbitration decisions. Boilermakers Research Assistant Tracy Buck gave the reps a rundown on a wide variety of online sources of information about companies.

Director of Research and Collective Bargaining Services Jim Pressley said, “These tools will make it easier for our shop reps to get the information they need to service their lodges effectively.”
