The officers for each industrial council or conference are defined by the council by-laws in accordance with the Constitution. Most have a leadership structure similar to that of a local lodge.

- Tennessee “Volunteers” Industrial Council [6] - Eddie Whitfield
- Quality Control Council of the United States [7] - William Creeden
- Quality Control Council of Canada [8] - William Creeden
