The officers for each district lodge are defined by the district lodge by-laws in accordance with the Constitution. Because a district lodge's concerns are similar to those of a local lodge, the two have similar officer structures.
The business affairs of the district lodge are the responsibility of the Business-Manager/Executive-Secretary or Business-Manager/Secretary-Treasurer, who functions as chief executive officer and chief financial officer combined. District lodges also have a president, vice president, recording secretary (except for District Lodge D11), and a board of trustees headed by a chairman.
Current district lodge business managers are as follows:
- Cement District Lodge D11 [1] - Rob A. Lauzon
- District No. 57 [2] - Edwin G. Vance
- Lone Star District Lodge [3] - Ronald L. Keck
- Mississippi River District Lodge [4] - John M. Simoneaux
