L-1 raises money for diabetes research

FOR 14 YEARS, Local 1 members have participated in the annual Chicago Building Trades DAD’s (Dollars Against Diabetes) Day charity softball tournament. In July they competed once again with 15 other trade teams, raising over $27,000 for the charity.
