I RECEIVED EXCITING mail [recently]; my long-term goal to work for the IBB had finally been realized — thank you. I will wear the crest with pride. You must know there are many experienced and skilled tradesmen who wish nothing more but to work under, and strengthen, the IBB, but for innumerable (and often nonsensical) reasons hit a dead end and fail in their efforts, and so end up under a different banner. Again, thank you for allowing me into this storied organization. I look forward to representing it with pride and good work.
