Industrial Council Officers

The officers for each industrial council or conference are defined by the council by-laws in accordance with the Constitution. Most have a leadership structure similar to that of a local lodge.

The primary officers of the industrial councils and conferences are as follows:

• Great Lakes Area Industrial Council - Howard L. Cole
• Midwest Boilermakers Industrial Council - Charles Brock
• Pennsylvania “Keystone” Industrial Council - Robert L. Heine, Jr.
• Southern Illinois Industrial Council - John Roach
• Tennessee “Volunteers” Industrial Council - Eddie Whitfield
• Quality Control Council of the United States - William Creeden
• Quality Control Council of Canada - William Creeden
