Services and Responsibilities

The Information Technology (IT) Department’s primary responsibility is maintaining all International staff and office employee's computer systems. In addition, they are responsible for generating ad-hoc reports and purchasing, installing, and maintaining servers, desktop computers, laptops, desktop software applications, and supporting email, databases, network and electronic communications infrastructure.

The IT department also provides technical advice and direction to local lodges for computers and membership dues tracking. Local lodges needing to computerize their offices or upgrade their current computer systems are encouraged to contact Ryan Creeden, Director of Information Technology.
